The purpose of the consultation is to get to know you and to find out what your health and fitness goals are.

We’ll discuss a variety of things like your lifestyle and diet, the more information I get to know about you the more I can help you.

The whole purpose of nutrition planning is that it’s tailored to you.

All of my clients are different in terms of fitness, lifestyles and goals, you’ll be the same, you’re an individual.

Designed To Fit Into Your Lifestyle

One of the many things my clients like about 1-2-1 nutrition planning is the flexibility of the sessions.

We can set up the sessions to accommodate your work or lifestyle, we can train in the morning, afternoon or evening – it’s up to you.

Sessions are 15 mins / per week

Nutrition planning sessions usually take 10 – 15 mins per week.

This will include a tailored meal plan, together with a calorie and macronutrients awareness.

Where will we meet?

I can meet you wherever is best for you.

Some of my clients prefer to train at home, at a gym or even outdoors. Whatever works for you.

How many sessions will I need?

It’s up to you, we’ll work together to see what works.

I would suggest meeting weekly for maximum results.

Is there a minimum commitment?

8 to 12 weeks is the minimum commitment, after that you are free to cancel at anytime.

Hows does Nutrition Planning work?

The first session will be getting to know you and your goals, we’ll fill out a plan together.

It’s all about creating small changes which you can adapt into your everyday life.
